Color Club Wild and Willing!

Hello, my lovelies!

We are having a gorgeous fall-like weekend here in DC so I am sporting a gorgeous polish to match!

I’ve never worn Color Club, for some reason I had it in my head that it was one of the cheapie polishes that wasn’t very good. Boy, was I wrong! I was scanning Copious a couple of week ago, looking for something to spend a $5 credit on when I saw it. A beautiful bronze-y polish. Well, you all know my love for bronze/copper/orange/peach polishes. So I looked at the picture and the name, and it was $5, with free shipping. Color Club Wild and Willing. Why not? I thought, so I picked it, applied my credit, and waited.

It arrived and got set aside with my other recent acquisitions of polishes for swatch day. Swatch day came and I liked it so much, I put it on both hands and kept it!

The formula was lovely. Very smooth, although sheer. I ended up going 4 coats, and there’s still some very minor VNL, but it’s so beautiful, I don’t care. I thought from the bottle that it was a duochrome but it’s a multichrome! This stunning beauty flashes from rosy pink to bronze to pure molten gold, depending on the light. I could not capture all of it on film, but good night, is it a beauty. And the sparkle! Ever see how the sun sparkles on the ocean, or a river and it’s like a million diamonds light up? Yeah, that’s what this is like. I almost can’t stand the gorgeousness. Wild and Willing is from the Fall 2009 line, as research states but (obviously) still be found online.

Here she is, in all her glory that I couldn’t manage to get on film!

What do you think of Wild and Willing? Is it me, or is it me?

Color Club can be found at many retailers, including Walmart, Amazon.com and sells for around $8 a bottle. I am definitely going to be looking for more of these!

And if you’re wondering about Copious, it’s a great site where you can fun stuff like polishes, clothing and crafts for both cheap and free. They give out credits periodically, and you can get $10 in credit just for signing up. I’ve gotten a ton of free polishes (brand new) through here. If you’re interested, (it's free to sign up!) here’s my referral link! The credits do expire after a few days though, so be sure to use them! And be sure to hit the complete order button once you’ve completed and order and have your item in your hands.

  3. Looks gorgeous! So fall, and not too dark like so many fall polishes are. I mean, I like dark polishes, but they get a bit tedious after awhile, too.

    1. I hear you, Mary. I love this one though, especially with all the color shifting, and not too light, not too dark!
